My personal opinion about groupmates' blogs

Greetings! Today I want to share with you my top-5 students' blogs, which were created during our course this semester. So, here we go! 1.  SET:SINGING ENGLISH TOGETHER This is one of the most beautiful blogs created by Varya Gorbacheva. A pleasant color-scheme, stylish interface - all this the girl tried to do, and it turned out very cool. 2.  Phonetics - Take it easy! A blog created by my groupmate Maria Slesareva looks pretty nice. It has a thematic interface (background), a nice palette of colors and nothing trashy in the text - you should visit this site. 3.  I WANT TO SPEAK It is very positive-oriented and friendly blog. In each post the author asks just one question, which makes you smile, because we see that a person isn't indifferent to the users who visit his site. "How are you?" 4.  LaLaLanguage Nice interface, nothing superfluous, everything is very carefully and efficiently done. 5.  SpeakEverywhere A blog created by Polina Samoilovich has a thematic head

MALL is a subset of both Mobile Learning ( m-learning ) and  computer-assisted language learning  (CALL). MALL has evolved to support students’ language learning with the increased use of mobile technologies such as mobile phones (cellphones),  MP3  and  MP4  players,  PDAs  and devices such as the  iPhone  or  iPad . With MALL, students are able to access language learning materials and to communicate with their teachers and peers at any time, anywhere. The main principles of MALL: •  mobility of the learner;  •  connection with the context of the learning; •  ability to share workplace experience with other learners. MOOCs

MOOC - Massive Open Online Course It is a response to the challenges faced by organizations and distributed disciplines at a time of information overload. It used to be that when you wanted to know about something you could do a few things: - you could ask someone; - you could buy a book; - you could try to figure it out for yourself or you could call a school if that school offered the course and the thing you try to figure out you could go there and take it. You could get access to information about a topic. Nowadays, a large number of resources are available for creating your own courses, such as edX, Moodle, CourseSites by Blackboard, Udemy, Versal, Canvas, Coursera etc. But I would like to tell you a little bit about Coursera  - the resource I liked more than other suggested ones. Advantages of using this site: - you can learn from leading universities and companies; - it is 100% online learning, which is free for students all over the world; - it includes more than 3.900 courses
